Get to know the Viator Travel Agent Program:

One site, 300,000+ experiences your clients will remember

Viator’s expansive global supply gives travel advisors the ability to find an experience that fits every client’s itinerary. Whether your clients are planning a solo adventure, business travel, or a family reunion, the Viator Travel Agent Program has something for everyone.

Your clients rely on your expertise to find the perfect story-worthy experience they will talk about for years to come. They want the option of a typical guided museum tour as well as unique experiences that let them explore a destination like a local. You can find both on Viator.

Booking things to do creates a well-rounded itinerary before your clients arrive in-destination. These experiences can be easy add-ons, like a private ground transfer from the airport, or can be higher-priced items that build excitement for an upcoming trip. Clients can take also advantage of in-destination booking tools that empower them to book experiences on their own, while still earning you commission.

How does Viator ensure the quality of their supply/tour operators?

You also have the ability to communicate with tour operators directly.

Can I do a custom tour for clients? For example, if I have guests that want a private car pick from Venice cruise port to go to Rome.

Using the example, you can look for a private ground transfer between the two cities. In general, the level of customization will be dependent on the tour operator. Many tour operators offer different tour grades – there might be a basic version of the tour and there also might be a chance to upgrade to include food/drink, additional stops at attractions, or even custom pickup instructions.
