Q: Where are you based?

A: The Island Routes World Centre is located in sunny Montego Bay, Jamaica. From this location in the heart of the Caribbean, we work closely with our team of island specialists and certified tour partners across 12 gorgeous Caribbean destinations.

Q: Why are you in the business? What do you love about giving people these experiences?

A: Island Routes was founded with the idea of being able to showcase the entire Caribbean region and it’s beauty, not just one or two of its islands. Being owned and operated by Caribbean nationals, we live, sell and play in the Caribbean and want to showcase her beauty to the world. We are so happy to partner with Viator as an extension of our network in our mission to promote our destinations and support our local communities.

As a company our philosophy is to “Live Funner” and this approach is felt deep within our passion and commitment to delivering highest level of service, safety and quality all with a smile on our face and fun in our hearts.

Q: What has it been like working with Viator? How long have you worked with us?

A: Working with Viator has been simply amazing! The account management team does a great job of being proactive and introducing new and exciting business opportunities for us both to explore. Having worked with Viator for just around a year, we’re looking forward to adding even more of our growing product portfolio within the Viator network. We’re especially excited to introduce our hand selected Caribbean adventures to the Viator travel agent network!

Q: What’s your favorite tour that you offer?

A: This is an almost impossible question to answer, but we’ll give it a shot!
