The coronavirus (COVID-19) has had a significant impact on our industry. Like every other travel business in the world, we’re heavily impacted. We know you are too and we remain committed to doing what we can to get through this together.

It’s clear that cash flow is a big concern for travel agencies small and large across our industry right now, so we’re finding ways to help you get your money faster than before. To that end, we’ve made temporary changes to our frequency of payouts to get your money in your hands faster.

We implemented special disbursements for bank payouts beginning the week of March 23, 2020. This means if you receive payouts from us via direct deposit to your bank, you may have received a payout from us outside your usual payout cycle.

We know it’s not the usual payout timing you’ve come to expect, but we wanted to get your money in your hands sooner. We’ll temporarily disburse payments like this twice as frequently for bank payouts, effective immediately.

These are extraordinary times. Like us, we know you’re facing challenges. We know these steps may not solve all your cash flow concerns, but we’re optimistic that incremental changes like this can help us better support you during this crisis.
